Irish-made, built to last. Excellent build quality and a strong reputation among UK installers. Their Aerona3 range is well-proven and their hot water cylinders are some of the best on the market.
German precision from a brand most homeowners already know from their boiler. The aroTHERM plus is their flagship with the highest COP in the range. If you have a Vaillant boiler now, the controls integrate seamlessly.
Competitive pricing backed by Samsung's manufacturing scale. The EHS Mono range offers solid performance and their smart controls are among the best. Growing fast in the UK residential market.
One of the longest-established heat pump ranges in the UK. The Ecodan has been fitted in British homes for over 15 years and has a proven track record. Reliable workhorse with strong installer training.
Strong in commercial heat pumps and now making a push into residential. The Therma V Monobloc is compact, quiet, and competitively priced. Good option for smaller properties where space is tight.
Excellent efficiency ratings across the range, particularly strong in colder temperatures where some brands lose performance. The Aquarea T-CAP maintains output down to -20C without backup heating.
German engineering at a competitive price point. The Compress range is well-built and straightforward to install. Newer to the UK heat pump market but backed by decades of Bosch heating expertise including the Worcester Bosch boiler legacy.

COP = Coefficient of Performance. A COP of 4.0 means 4kW of heat output for every 1kW of electricity used. Noise measured at 1 metre. All figures from manufacturer datasheets at standard test conditions.
Why We Do Not Push One Brand
Some installers are tied to one manufacturer. They get better margins on that brand, so that is what they recommend regardless of whether it is the best fit for your home.
We work differently. We survey your property first, calculate the heat loss, and then recommend the brand and model that fits. A bungalow in Bournemouth has different requirements to a Victorian terrace in Salisbury. The right answer depends on your home, not our supplier agreement.

A well-installed budget system outperforms a badly-installed premium one every time. The installer matters more than the brand sticker.
System Design
Correct heat loss calculation, right sized unit, proper flow temperatures. Get the design wrong and no brand will save you.
MCS Certification
Your installer must be MCS certified. Without it, no £7,500 grant, no quality assurance, and no recourse if something goes wrong.
